Return and Replacement Policy
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition (not all items may be eligible): however we do not accept any returns of food products unless the package is physically damaged or expired and KitchenFry is not responsible for internal or external damages of Fruits, Vegetables and Other products
- Has missing items
- Is different from what was ordered
Returns will be accepted only on satisfactory grounds after inspection of the product
Once after inspection if the products are meeting our policy terms we will take back the product with us and replace the another with in 24 business hours
If you wish to cancel the order you can cancel it before the cut of delivery time, you can cancel it by visiting my orders section or write to our customer support team on Support@KitchenFry.com
In such cases, your order will be cancelled and money will be returned back within 48 business hours if you have initiated a payment.
We provide hassle-free option of refund through KitchenFry coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
